The hotel was nice, clean, and well located. However, I had a few issues: a baby-bed was placed in the room when I checked in. The room is quite small, so it was taking a lot of place in the way, which was annoying. I called the reception to have it removed, I’ve been told it would be done « as soon as possible », but only in the next morning as nobody could take care of it at that moment.
The next morning, I called again at 11, as I haven’t heard any news about it. The issue has been escalated, and the bed has been removed during my lunch-break, as I went out for an hour. Coming back at 1pm, the bed was away, but the door was not properly closed, so it was possible to open the door without entering the code… luckily, nobody stole any of my belongings, but it could have led to something worse. Please repair the door system so it could close on its own, without an extra push.

The Home hotel is super convenient, walking distance to mall, foods, groceries. The Tram (train) is right in front and super clean. Ten Stars (out of five) to the hotel. Special Thank You to Laia/Front Desk Service for the superior help and proffessional attitude and Arnau/Manager as well.
