Dear Hotel Manager,
I am writing to complain about the poor condition of my room and the lack of response from your staff.
The toilet flush in my room was not working, and I reported the problem to the hotel. Unfortunately, it was not fixed. On the third night, the bathroom became flooded because the problem had not been properly addressed.
I am very disappointed with the way my complaint was handled. The staff who came to deal with the problem were not helpful, and despite reporting the issue, nothing was done to prevent the situation from getting worse.
This caused me considerable inconvenience and made my stay very unpleasant. I would like you to investigate what happened and provide an appropriate explanation and compensation for the problems I experienced.
