Not worth spending this much. This is a hotel not a resort

My grandfather used to have a house with Shimla so I am very familiar with the place for the last 50+ years. Willow Banks is absolutely the best value for money you can find in the city. Very clean, very well located right next to the iconic mall road, right next to the tourist lift and very good service and clean and large rooms. Also excellent food options either within the hotel or right next door. Perfect place to stay and enjoy Shimla.

Very courteous staff, clean room. Only downside was the room was very hot!

I consider the hotel very safe, good one hour walking running course on quiet main road next to the hotel. Dependable driver Arun taking me to special sites and monasteries, Food at the hotel restaurant was very good. Highly recommend this hotel !!

This is a beautiful property set amongst the natural landscape. The attentiveness of service was truly exemplary. The airconditioning in one of our rooms didn’t work but otherwise a great stay.
