One of the best, if not the best, hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff are amazingly kind and helpful (they let us stay beyond check out and use facilities when our flight was cancelled due to Etna erupting). The views are simply stunning of Taormina and Etna. The hotel has a shuttle service to town which is needed due to hills, but super quick and easy. The rooms are lovely with a balcony looking toward Etna, which erupted during our stay and truly one of the most amazing sights.
We travelled around Sicily during our trip to many places and hotels and this was the best one.
