I loved how clean and convenient the hotel was. The staff was accommodating and helpful. Five stars. Worth the price and would definitely stay again.

This place is great. The staff are friendly and it's close to eateries, convenient stores, and malls.

We loved that it is a minute or two from Tokyo Sky tree, the train station, and a shopping mall. We were able to rest after first arriving in Japan, shower, and still have time to explore a bit. Due it it being so close to a major attraction, we got to stay out late our first night in Japan without fear of not being able to make it back or getting lost.

This is a nice hotel. Everything is well kept and clean. Staff are excellent. However, it is nothing special. During our family vacation, we stayed at 5 different accommodations in Japan and this one was our least favorite. Again, there was nothing negative that stood out that gave us a poor experience, but also definitely nothing special that stood out in a positive way either.

Nice Hotel. We feel so safe around this place. Wonderful staff. Front desk to housekeeping did awesome service. Can’t thank you enough! We will sure comeback here again.
