The staff were great, receptive, courteous and knowledgeable. Quiet and peaceful to say the least.

The resort is tranquil and beautiful, the rooms intricately designed … but it is not senior friendly. Steps everywhere you go … to your room, the pool, to wellness programs both included in your room rate and many others you have to pay for. Meals are pre-ordered on a fairly limited menu. I’m glad we got to experience Nawa … one night to enjoy a very friendly staff and the natural beauty of the place was enough.

The staff is amazing. The beach is better than the white beach. An experience unparalleled truly.

Casalay is a great place to stay for families who want to escape the hustle & bustle of life. The villas were clean, cimfortable, spacious for a family of five. the pool were great to take a break from the heat. the sraff were exceptional!!! second to none!

Hotel was walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. Negative things about this hotel: are They only give you one key for your room and bathroom is too small with low water pressure. I would try another hotel when I come back to Puerto Galera.
