8/10 Very good! (172 reviews)
No A/C as mentioned in the info. We had to open the window to cool down the room and get some fresh air.
Room was not too clean, so as those beddings. It looked like it's been vacant quite some time.
Worst thing was the bathroom had strong sewage/drainage smell.
Room also has water leaking marks in the wall, ceilings, and in the bathroom.
Stayed for 2 nights.
On 2nd day, they did have some improvements on bathroom smell and some bedding sheets.
Breakfast not bad though.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
Perfect location to be outside Venise but easy to reach by Mestre train station accross the street. Buy all transports card (including train and vaporeto to Venise, Murano and Burano) at the tabaggia near Trenitalia down the hall. 1, 2 or 3 days pass available.
Lots of choices for breakfast. You can ask for cappuccino instead of using the machine.
Helpful staff, not very smiley (the same everywhere in north of Italy ) but they will help you.
