I’ve been visiting Vegas multiple times a month over the past couple decades. I’ve stayed at many hotels. The Horseshoe’s staff has hands down the most helpful and courteous staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet.

The only problem was walking. This place is huge.

From start to finish our stay was fantastic. Lex was able to check us in early with a great room. She was very accommodating and helpful! Our room was just as advertised; cool, modern, v. clean, bright and designed thoughtfully! Our view on the 18th floor was awesome. The hotel is so fresh and cool, you can tell a lot of thought went into the design and decor. Breakfast buffet was delicious and fair priced, the express kitchen was as well and dinner at Lucia's was fantastic. All the staff (including the ones greeting you outside and opening the doors) were v. professional and kind. The 21+ pool was seriously dynamic and our waitress was STUNNINNG🔥 and incredibly sweet! The property is beautiful! I'm so glad we booked at this hotel and I look forward to staying here again! Only negative comment would be the mini fridge and snack situation. I've never encountered one of these where it clocks you if you lift something or remove something. So that was kind of weird. Wish we could have used the fridge to store some of our drinks but that would be my only negative comment truly.

Convenience of services needed and achieved as required. Generally, there was good security and place was quiet and safe to be.

A very nice property, pool is quiet and the staff is excellent there, thank you to Jasmine for taking such good care of us❤️. We have stayed at this property several times and like that is not that typical Vegas hotel, much more upscale with a professional staff all around. Only negative was that we needed to leave a day earlier than booked due to a family issue at home and gave the hotel a notice 2 days prior to us leaving and they still would not give us a refund for the night we never used. I understand hotels have their policies but for a loyal customer traveling with a special needs daughter I would have hoped they could have made an exception under the circumstances but they chose not to. Still a great hotel if you want a quiet professional setting in Vegas.

The hotel is very dayed, the carpets are very old, so are the rooms. This is a great property that needs a major upgrade
