Our room was clean, nice decoration, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which helped us relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, a great experience worth recommending.

Had a lovely stay here, highly recommend and would go back

This is a nice hotel that is generally well-maintained, but our stay was marred by an issue with the air conditioning, which was not working. As a result, we had an uncomfortably warm night. We reported the problem mid-morning, but it took multiple calls to reception and several hours before a technician finally arrived to fix it. As compensation, the reception staff initially offered only 15% off the à la carte restaurant…a disappointing gesture. Then, five minutes later, they increased it to 50% off. However, this offer came at 9.30 PM, just as the restaurant was closing, making it completely useless. Overall, if something goes wrong during your stay, don’t expect a prompt resolution or meaningful goodwill gesture. Given this experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Excellent hotel and staff, however, roads are closed in the Old Quarter Fri-Sun evenings which cause issues for taxi rides.
