8.6/10 Excellent! (1,071 reviews)
It was a nice enough hotel, but nothing really to write home about.
Of particular disappointment though, was the smell in the room.
It smelled of dog urine in the carpet.
The house cleaning staff failed in the hallway, leaving dirty laundry and dirty dishes (prior guests - it was all there when I checked in) for the better part of my stay.
The main hotel and the room were both pretty clean, but the smell of dog urine in the carpet, and the unkept hallway docked 2 stars.

9/10 Wonderful! (72 reviews)
This hotel is fine - it's just not at the same level as other Ritz I have stayed at.
