My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was the last leg of our 2 weeks in South Korea so it was nice to have a washing machine which was very clean (not moldy and smelly like other hotels in Europe); the hotel provided laundry detergent and a drying rack in the room.
Location was great with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but we walked over to Isaac Toast for 2 mornings and to Namdaemun market for 1 morning breakfast.
We used their free shuttle to Seoul station where we took the AREX train to the airport. The shuttle van driver was very nice and courteous. We were dropped off closer than the taxi stands.

The room was clean, spacious, and well designed. The staff were very friendly. The hotel lobby was beautiful. The hotel sits on top of a vast food court below and shopping mall. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything was so convenient. We will stay there again if we ever return.

The hotel is nice clean and the staff is excellent. The only reason why I did not give five star is because of the genocidal Israeli flag on the top. Other than that, everything was nice.

"Overall an excellent stay, love the staffs and facility, very quiet, clean, lots of free snack and drinks, really appreciate it. Just no toothbrush and toothpaste (you can pay for it tho) and a 7-10 mins hike to the hotel which is a bit of a workout with 2 luggages."
