The tub had dirt or rust stains in it looked disgusting would not allow us to get another room. The bed sheets had stains on it had to go buy new sheets. Television wouldn’t stay on. Kept turning off because it was on a timer. Dog barked next door for three days. Very disappointed.

Although we had a rough start with our reservation due to our very late arrival; all was good once we were able to settle into the hotel!! Had an additional problem with our hotel bill which still needs to be corrected!!!

The property itself was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean. Everything was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. There’s no coffee maker refrigerator or microwave in the room to encourage you to spend more at their shops be on the lookout for extra fees with room service. It’s $25 extra if you want your food plated $10 extra if you want it in go containers.

The rooms are beautiful and everything in the hotel is top rate, including dining options.

Great location. Yummy room service. Enjoyed the variety of restaurants and stores. Comfortable bed and pillows. The pools are nice for lounging at too.
