Pros: - Excellent location right in Beverly Hills, about 5-minute walking distance from Beverly Dr and Rodeo Dr. - Affordable room rate, considering the location in Beverly Hills - Spacious room - Renovated bathroom, with Japanese-style toilet (water jet, etc.) - Very comfortable bed - Front desk staff member Monica is outstanding; very customer-focused and helpful (unlike some of her colleagues) Cons: - Hotel is dark and uninviting, needs a complete makeover - No restaurant in hotel - Paint inside room is dated and needs a good refresh - Flooring in hallways is being renovated, causing noise - Despite having been renovated, the bathroom is quite dark and the room in general is not inviting - Mini-fridge in my room was very noisy at night and prevented me from sleeping until I unplugged it. All in all, good value if you want to stay in the heart of Beverly Hills, but if you’re looking for feeling cozy in your room and having a restful night, this might not be for you.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was great from the valet and bell staff to the front desk. This was one of the most pleasant hotel stays that I have had in a long time!

Great value for the money. Clean, good looking hotel. Rooms was pretty good, not amazing. I guess this is pretty common for LA but the area is not walkable. A small hotel. Warm pool. The marina is also packed with boats, it’s not like a nice waterfront view, though there is some visible water.

The staff always friendly. I've stayed here several times. the bed super comfortable, the room very clean. So close to Disney and a lot of restaurants. We enjoy our stay

I’ve stayed at the Kinney several times and I’ve never been disappointed.
