Pros - Nice and quiet as away from the centre whilst still being walkable for able bodied travellers. Good service . Nice room. Very effective AC. Very comfy bed and pillows . As you would expect from a hotel if this stature.
Cons - Had a problem with shower delivering not hot on one day. Also shower gel not replenished. So had a bad shower experience for one day. Asked for complimentary breakfast to compensate and that was given with zero fuss.

The property itself is beautiful, and the restaurants are excellent, especially The View, which had the best food of any dining venue on the property. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort of this caliber.
