Aran Region Ski Holidays

The location and nature were absolutely amazing, situated at the foot of the mountains and surrounded by beautiful forest scenery. In the evenings, we enjoyed sitting outside in warm clothes and the cool, refreshing weather made the experience even more enjoyable. The “Zarif” restaurant and its service were outstanding. It is an ideal place for celebrating birthdays and other special occasions. With live music, you can enjoy a truly memorable evening. The swimming pool was spacious and very clean, and the heated sauna and Turkish bath were excellent as well. Overall, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by beautiful nature, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere.

This hotel is to grand for this village, I’m saying this in a positive way. unexpected that it would be this modern and clean. Has a great sauna and pool. Recommend this hotel 100%

The room was clean when we arrived, but the furniture was clearly not well maintained. The couch had cigarette burns, and the table was so wobbly that it was difficult to use. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. When we ordered coffee, the staff didn’t seem attentive, and the breakfast selection was very limited, particularly for Western guests. Overall, the property appears to need better maintenance and upkeep. One of the biggest disappointments for our family was the pool. The photos advertised beautiful waterfall features, but they were not operating during our stay, which was especially disappointing for our kids.

We love that hotel, this is the second time we stay there. We were celebrating my birthday and hotel left me champagne and cake, chocolate candies. Thank you for doing that. This time our room was smelling like a cigarettes and we tried air out the room, but we couldn’t. This smell didn’t go out. Some kids events were scheduled at the same time with breakfast, lunch or dinner - this is not really convenient. And some of the salads at the buffet wasn’t fresh. But in general we like that place and we will come back.

I like the hotel, the view nice place

It is a disgrace to call this hotel a 5 stars and even worse, an autograph collection hotel. Staff was horribly trained, food was awful and overpriced, no concierge. Phone in room did nor work, fridge did not work. I paiud for two nights and left after one.
