Wonderful friendly staff make you feel at home and engage with you in a personal and helpful way. Location is excellent. The rooms very well designed and modern - this is 5* modern vs 5* grand - only minor points were noisy ventilation and the filter tap didn't work on the second night

Doesn't look like much from the street side, but from the water side...WOW! Great hotel. Room was lively and comfortable and the hotels proximity to restaurants and things to do and see was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!!
