Breakfast was very good.

Hotel is decent. It's in Downtown LA, so area is a bit sketchy. Was there for a concert.

As always a great place to stay. Welcomed us with Prosecco and juice. Love that it's right across from The Grove and the Farmer's Market which provide plenty of dining options, which means it doesn't matter than the onsite options are limited. However this also meant we could use the Expedia amenity as we were only around one night and didn't eat at the restaurant. Very walkable and safe area. We walked 20 minutes to Bacio di Latte and felt fine doing so. Lots of upscale dining nearby as well. Rooms are very cute with a seating area and lots of books. A ton of personality here.

Convenient for shopping and food.

Hot tub bleached our bathing suits. Room wasn’t ready.

The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. Mozzies at rooftop bar..

Every staff person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Loved the views and location. Wished there was more room to walk in the living room when the pull out sofa was open.

It’s iconic and deserves all the prestige and acclaim. The lobby and restaurants are stunning and immersed in history and famous movies. The floral arrangements are breathtaking and probably the cost of a small car! The staff is extremely and friendly and very fast to respond to anything. The only challenge are the elevators which get packed quickly and during busy times are full if you are on a middle floor
