Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was phenomenal—warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in until the day we checked out. The room was spotless, and the location was perfect. The only small downside was that the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. I would happily recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, rooms were super clean, warm and comfortable. The location is ideal and the staff were super friendly. Rob at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! Definitely recommend!

Very charming hotel, intricate exquisite features, amazing breakfast/dining area, excellent breakfast choices, healthy and delicious. Staff were very helpful, polite and attentive. Rooms were very clean, nicely updated bathrooms. Even though we had an amazing canal view we found the room a little dark - more lighting (brighter) would be helpful. This is a great hotel It is wel positioned the staff are very professional and friendly and the hotel is very trendy and chic
