Chichijima Island Ski Holidays

Everything was great except the shower. The shower head was too low and not enough pressure/water coming out of the shower head. The bathroom could be updated a little. Other than that, the place was amazing.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We had a lovely experience! Staff was incredibly friendly, hotel and room were clean and smelled amazing. It’s in a great location and honestly can’t wait to be back.

First day, the concierge who spoke to us at registration was very rude. He ignored us and told us to check in online and went on to attend someone else. We felt he just shoved us aside based on color. South Elevators weren't working, just one side was working causing extended wait times. Room wasn't cleaned on my second day

Excellent experience. We were able to check-in early and with an upgraded room! The representative at the desk was wonderful! The room was really nice, clean, comfortable bed. Would definitely return.
