Opera prove poor operators!

"Poor. The ad on Trivago said £45 per night but I was overcharged for no obvious reason! I paid £56 having already paid for 4 nights on arrival... (Bookings.com) this represented an overcharge of around £15-20 per night The tv had been converted so as not to allow USB usage by me & the shower door ..."

"In all my travels I have never come across a less friendly group of staff. They are useless to say the least. The place itself does not deserve to be called a hotel.
