Overall I did receive a clean and well maintained room. However, I did struggle with a lot of mosquitoes and needed to call staff multiple times to fumigate the room. Most staff were nice however some when asking for fumigation it did take a lot longer and had to wait for hours.
Also when booking with guest services initially the staff mixed up our reservations and we were stranded on the second night without dinner reservations. The Indian restaurant manager at the time was very rude and did not want to understand our situation and how the guest service made the mistake. We ended up going back to guest services and the lady there that night was very helpful and made multiple attempts and was finally able to get us in one of the other spots.
