Lots of space in nicely furnished condos. Multiple swimming pools and hot tubs. Casual dining/drinks onsite is a plus also. Recommend.

My husband and I both agreed that this was the most beautiful boutique hotel we’ve stayed at in Phoenix. Very quaint, gorgeous property and mountain views along with a wonderful Spa.

The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or weekend could impact service quality, as the hotel did not seem adequately equipped to deliver the level of service it aims to provide.
