Room was clean just wish they would give more coffee supplies during check in since I stayed three nights and had enough for one

The room was not always cleaned, we had to call for cleaning service 2 days in a row and the level of cleaning was not good

The room has everything you need, a fridge and microwave, very convenient, and best of all, it's only a 5-minute walk to the park entrance gate!

Loved our stay but the upgraded park views really aren't park views. You can see a peek of a roller-coaster. I thought we would be able to see fireworks but couldn't.

Always great staff, location, clean, and safe. We did have an issue with booking the wrong set of days and missed out on one of our nights because we arrived a day late. They could see we didn’t use the room, and while not required, it would have been a show of good faith if they had given us the extra night we then needed at a discounted rate. Other than that, we will continue to stay at this hotel when we go to Disney.
