Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

Had such a great stay here! The lobby and glass elevators are beautiful, guest rooms are spacious and in great condition, and the rooftop pool + bar has incredible views of Hanoi - and live music on the rooftop was such a great experience. The breakfast was also delicious, and the hotel’s car service to the airport was very reasonably priced and more seamless than taking a Grab. Would definitely stay here again!
