i expected more ! I stay at the rosewoods all the time so price is not an issue. I felt like the value for money for the one night was not there at all

It was an experience, not just a stay. If you have the chance, treat yourself and book and ocean view room, get a cocktail at the bar, an relax.

This was a terrific stay in las vegas. The hotel was updated and the room was comy, spacious with a great view. The staff very kind and helpful... we would definitely return.

Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short. Parking/valet is poorly designed (constantly jammed up and car wait time is 10+ min), bathroom infrastructure is terrible, water runs hot and cold with no warning, TVs are not smart TVs so even though we were there, as many other guests were, for the Indian Wells Tournament, we couldn't watch the matches at the hotel, gym is woefully inadequate and small, and pool staff are poorly trained. Our food order took 40 min while other guests who ordered their food after us got served. We cancelled the order but the bill read "comped" food, how deceptive! Really wanted to like this place but won't be staying here again.

the hotel stay was really good. I will stay there when I go back to Vegas

The hotel, casino itself was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Felt a bit outdated especially the pool area. The casino felt small and a bit disappointing with slot machine selections. Wish they offered robes espeically in the hot tub suites. Overall our stay was average.

Pros: very nice and clean hotel, super comfortable beds, nice big tvs in rooms with smart controls for room heating/cooling and lights, bathrooms nice and clean. I believe onsite parking was free, price was reasonable. Only con was this location is kinda far off the strip. I walked to the strip but took an uber back because it was a lot of walking.
