I had a nice apart-hotel style room in this hotel. The location is perfect and very handy for the metros. The staff are welcoming and kind. I've now been twice and would stay again.

I absolutely loved the view from the double doors in my room and its balcony, the comfortable bed, the silence between my room and others (I was only on floor 3 but it was very quiet), the grandeur of the hotel although it is almost like a slight pastiche of itself as some of it is a tiny bit jaded/faded. The carpet in my room and garishly tiled but classically designed bathroom are both approximately 40+ years old but I found really comforting as it reminded me of staying at my grandparents! I had dinner and it was absolutely impeccable Service and food and would highly recommend. The reception desk were very efficient and helpful. I loved staying here and would love to come back. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. It is convenient for the airport, but a little out of the way for city center.

The Hotel felt very old world but with modern conveniences. The room decor and breakfast room were both lovely. Every staff member was very pleasant. A big plus was the proximity to the Metro. Just around the corner in both directions. Easy to get to Ouchy or to the old city/ train station in just 2/3 stops. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and modern room and bathroom. Outstanding panoramic view of Milan overlooking Duomo that is only half a mile away. Same view during breakfast or dinner. Highly recommended.
