My son and I stayed here for our Universal vacation. I was able to buy discounted tickets to the park right on the property. Our room was clean and updated. It looked way better than the out dated photos. The pools are convenient. They have ample parking spaces and I highly recommend renting a car because the villas are driving distance from the check in building. They do offer golf cart pickup to drive you where you need to go on the resort. I didn’t like that the water park wasn’t included with the stay. It’s currently $25/pp. that’s even for children — download the app to get the loyalty discount.

Everything was perfect, except the wifi was weak up on the 18th floor.

This place was amazing ! The kids enjoyed the pool that was at the Villa and enjoyed the aqua bay even more. The food at aqua bay was really good as well. We will be returning !!

Amazing luxurious property! The Evermore lagoon and private beach area for Conrad guests was incredible! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely visit again!

Great Hotel, really nice employees, but the pool is warm... on hot days you want to go and cool yourself down, but here you can't the pool is warm.
