Nice hotel in a convenient location. I wish the standard rooms had a bit more space. Staff was very friendly.

I can’t say enough, good things about this hotel. My room was the perfect size, with all the amenities I needed, and very, very quiet. The hotel is spotlessly clean. And the staff could not have been more accommodating. The area is very safe and sweet, with many restaurants and cafés within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Well, located to Metro and taxis. Large room by Paris standards. Walking distance to Louvre. Cute Garden nice staff. Would stay there again.

First, great location. The room was small, but that is normal for older buildings in Paris. The room and bathroom were clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. The spa was good, especially the Turkish bath. The only minor negative is that the hallways are too dark. They serve breakfast but it is not free. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we may go there next year, too.

It’s quite obvious that this is a grand old hotel. It has marvelous bones and is located in a fabulous part of the city. The staff at the front desk was excellent, cordial and professional. Concierge / guest services seemed a bit less polished. We were disappointed to find a half-consumed water bottle in our room when we arrived, and it didn’t seem to be cleaned to an appropriate standard given the facility and the price. I requested that the room be re-cleaned while we went to Sunday dinner at Girafe and that was not done. Breakfast (room service) on the private balcony the next morning was perfect, however. Our order, while simple, was properly prepared and presented. And the view / fresh air experience in the early morning sun instantly became a lifelong memory and a lasting highlight of our trip.

Location is tremendous and the hotel is clean and well staffed. Super value for the location.

This was the first hotel where I received a WhatsApp message from the front desk before check-in, a thoughtful touch that made arrival smooth. The check-in experience was very welcoming and we were served hot lemon tea when we arrived at night. The room was cozy and comfortable. Although there was no kettle initially, the staff responded quickly to our request. Overall, a lovely stay with warm hospitality.
