The rooms were great. We like this property a lot. My 94 yr old mom can easily get to the beach and in the ocean. The staff is very helpful and kind. Beach food service from Julio was very nice. Looking forward to coming back.

I chose this hotel because it said “newly renovated “ on the ad. When we got into the room, the room was so old and dirty full of mosquitoes. Bathtub was so old and not maintained for a long time so it created lots of black particles. It was so disgusting. There was very stinky smell in the washroom. And the buffet menu definitely needs to be improved. We stayed seven nights and eight days and the foods were served exactly the same. We had been to other resorts before and they provided different themed foods every day. And it says family friendly resort but there were not many things to do for our 11 years old. To be honest, there was nothing much to do even for us. The staffs were nice and friendly and we all appreciated their hard work but we won’t come back to this hotel nor recommend to other people.

Amazing staff, great food, fun events going on, etc. The only real downside is the beach. It’s full of seaweed even at the time of year when it’s supposed to be at its lowest level. If you don’t mind not having a swimmable beach everything is perfect.
