Renovated rooms, super clean, stylish lobby. Have stayed many times and I always return.

The room was nice and clean but poorly lit, and the beds were very comfortable. I did experience several service issues, some were resolved, while others were not. The gym was closed, which required walking a few blocks to work out, and the Red Owl restaurant was undergoing renovations. While I’m not sure what other work was being done, there was nonstop tapping noise starting around 5:00 a.m. each morning, which was disruptive. The bright spots of my stay were the front desk staff, who were exceptional, very friendly, and helpful. The afternoon social hour was also a nice touch. While I can’t say I would stay here again, the location is convenient, with easy access to shops and local restaurants

Elevators were not working, my tv remote had to be replaced. The room key did not work. The valet was too expensive!

Everything was top notch! Room, service, and location! We would recommend this hotel to anyone

Clean hotel,spacious rooms

The staff and amenities are out of this world! I was here for a single night and the staff were amazing. The room was spotless! I had an issue with the window not closing and they had it fixed by the time I came back from dinner. After I checked out they still held the same courtesy and care they gave me while I was staying with them. I am someone in the service industry and the service was phenomenal. Worth every cent!
