The staff at Pure Hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We had an issue with our room, and they went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and make our stay as comfortable as possible. A special thank you to Nicholas and Anthony for their excellent recommendations on places to visit around Athens. Their local tips made our trip even more enjoyable. Nicholas also kindly arranged for us to store our luggage at the hotel while we traveled to Santorini, which was a huge convenience. We had a wonderful time in Athens, and staying at Pure Hotel made the experience even better. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality!

Good size rooms and great location that is close to everything you'll want to see and access. The only cautionary note is being woken up by the church bell early in the morning.

Wouldn't go again. Not friendly staff, not very clean, saw cockroaches in many occasions. Lift didn't work most of the time. Food wasn't very good and not much variety. Rigid restaurant hours.

Seemed like lots of renovations going on. There was a strange odor on the first floor. Breakfast was good but sme every day. Cats were here, there and everywhere. There were NO amenities especially pool. Rooms very clean and staff helpful.
