The hotel was really nice! It was clean and modern looking and the employees there were really friendly. One complaint is that from the pictures and stuff I thought the hot tub was free and open to all guests, but it's actually behind a locked door and only available if you pay for it by reserving specific times. Also the area around the hotel wasn't that nice, but it was great to be able to walk to the subway. There was plenty of parking around the hotel. Across the street. We parked in the median a few steps from the door and the side street next to the hotel also had a lot of parking. If you plan to park your car there you will probably find a spot close by, but it might be a timing thing as well.

Clean property. Air conditioning. Great breakfast. 10 min walk to the Vatican and the Metro. Friendly and helpful staff. A terrific value!

Good hotel Friendly staff especially Rocco

Was a pleasant stay. Location is very ideal. Close to cafes and not too far away from trevi fountain. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Asked for a steamer and I got it. Comfortable stay overall. The room was squicky clean as well.

If you book, be sure not to get room 102, it’s right beside the elevator and front desk, and it is very loud. They have double steel doors separating your entrance from the elevator, presumably for noise but it doesn’t work, and just makes the room feel less. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice and the location is great.

My new home in Rome! Beautifully decorated, large suites. Luxurious bedding with evening turn down service. Gorgeous bathrooms and spa downstairs with steam room, sauna & heated plunge pool. Kind, accommodating staff. The breakfast is excellent and the wait staff is tip top. A few minor service details that they need to iron out, but they only opened in March. I also love the location, just set off from the Via del Corso with restaurants, shopping, strolling etc, but since the hotel is on the Tibet River, one doesn’t hear any of the noise.
