Room was very clean! All hotel staff were professional, kind and helpful. Ray from the front desk went above and beyond and was exceptional!!! I had no issues using the provided shuttle to LGA. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff at the front desk (and in the onsite restaurant) were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant on one day of our weekend stay and were happy with the visit. The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are traveling through LaGuardia (less than 10-minute drive). The hotel itself is located in Chinatown. We loved the vibe and explored the area but just something to be aware of if that is something you're not interested in for whatever reason. Regarding safety: we felt safe as a keycard is required to access floors with guest rooms. Would definitely stay there again!
