Brilliant location, massive beds!

when we arrived to the room notice the following : 1- AC is not working , that took 2 hours to fix 2- Towels were not enough that they brought quickly 3- phone is not working and it stay that way until we left 4- try to use the safe , its not working and apparently there is charge to use it 30 euro which we paid , but still was not able to use it until the following day, we stayed in many hotels in different countries never had to pay to use the safe that was very strange. 5- all workers hang outside from our room in the street smoking and chatting until sometime 2 am. For us we will never stay here again , there is much better places don't waste your money. the only good thing was the staff friendly , even sometimes we have to find translator as several don't speak English ( other than the reception area)

Food was outstanding. Air conditioning in room was great however air conditioning in communal spaces and restaurants was limited. Facilities to shower if you can’t keep your room is not ideal and not really in keeping with a 4 star hotel.

Pas eu notre reimbursement des serviettes, Les heures des buffets restraint. Les spectacles son't pas a la hauteur des Riu connu au Mexico. Le forfaits vendu comme en etais sur la plage, pres de 700m de la plage. Forfaits aussi vendu comme UN Tout inclus, pas ca du tout. Glace tres dur a avoir et meme inexistant.

La camera dovrebbe essere rifatta prima delle 14:00.La sera il servizio di couverture si dovrebbe fare quando gli ospiti sono fuori e non alle 19:00,basterebbe una mezz’ora più tardi in modo di dare al cliente il tempo di prepararsi per la cena
