Loved the proximity to the monorail, the convention center, and 13b Arts District. The Edge Steakhouse was also phenomenal. Disliked the walking advertisements trying to lure me into a timeshare or a $200 eye cream every time we arrived at or left the hotel. Pool was okay, but drinks were expensive. Pool and gym hours were very limited.

The hotel room was lovely. Two comfy double beds and good pillows. Plenty of hot water, great shower and overall very clean. The only observations, having stayed here 10 years ago, is that the condition of the rooms could be improved. The counter top was coming away from the wall, the lighting is very dim and we couldn't get plugs into all the sockets (which meant less access to power in easy to access spots in the room). There was a fair amount of storage but, as usual in hotels, not enough hangers! The air con is very noisy so couldn't be left on without disturbing sleep, a ceiling fan might be better? And finally, the one thing we were counting on - a fridge - was not provided! We didn't want a mini bar, just somewhere to store cold drinks would be so welcome!!! The hotel cafe is fairly over priced, but that seems to be a trend in Vegas right now! The staff were helpful and pleasant. Hash House a Go Go was fantastic for breakfast. Amazing food - great place! Good WiFi access. We didn't make use of other hotel facilities as we were busy exploring Vegas!

Horseshoe has an excellent location on the Strip. You can walk anywhere from here. The pool was closed but they offered the Paris pool as a substitute. The rooms were nice but they already show wear and tear. They could use a refresher.

We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was our room was not what we reserved and had to move rooms after the first day. Staff did not notify us and we had to go thru the registration again. Super frustrating as we were only in Vegas for a few days.

The hotel was reasonably priced and convenient to access the Las Vegas Convention Center. It is located in a good walkable area and the free parking is great. The only real issue is the customer service is not very good with little to no help at the front desk and the check in experience was awful as it almost took an hour with only 1-2 people helping 20+ people in line. Multiple employees came out and were around but no one got any additional help.

The property needs maintenance. The pool was not cleaned and the inside tiles had visible mold. The room service asked us for a tip for keeping up our bathroom supplies and bottles of water. On the other hand, the service at the on-site hotel was the best one experienced in the area. Also, the complimentary valet service was greatly appreciated.

Nice pool and clean room

The parking is very convenient where you don't have to walk super far to get to the rooms. The location is great and feels safe late at night as you can walk to the Venetian as well as across to the Wynn and the Fashion Show mall. Love all the shopping and dining options and that the Grand Lux cafe is in both hotels and open at all hours. The all suites is nice so we always have a wonderful room.
