This hotel was NICE! The check in process was straightforward, the staff were genuine and helpful. The amenities around the hotel (private onsen, gym, family mart, and restaurant) were also phenomenal. I felt like this hotel had artsy vibes but also felt like home. The breakfast buffet in the morning was epic and very beautifully put together (felt like fine dining) and the staff there were so friendly! I can’t wait to visit this hotel again when my hubs and I visit Japan again ❤️

Check in was a disaster. We got two suites and arrived at 5am. We were looking forward to checking in no later than 3pm. The front desk is unorganized. After many exchanges w front desk and repeating ourselves , we finally got to our rooms around 4. A complete disaster.
