I would like to give a huge shout out to Gwendelyn from room service department. It was my birthday weekend and she sang me happy birthday with her beautiful voice. Her loving and positive attitude had all the girls with smiles from ear to ear. She is such a beautiful soul and deserves to be recognized.

This is a very central/convenient location. The lobby was nice and staff were friendly. The rooms seem like they have been updated, however were not maintained well at all. The walls and doors in our room were VERY beat up. Beds were not made well, cleaning seemed like it was rushed, and there was a broken light in our room. Also lacked basic amenities in the rooms like luggage racks, there was nowhere to put suitcases other than the floor, and not enough outlets, there weren't outlets close to two of the nightstands. None of this is what I expected for spending almost $1k a night for our room.

The room was clean, updated, had everything you would need.

The hotel is a short 2 minute walk to Times Square and Broadway. Excellent staff who goes above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again.
