I was shockingly disappointed by the service at a Michelin hotel. They forgot to clean our room after our first night there. I called housekeeping around 5 to inquire about the lack of cleaning the room. They stated that the system showed my red light was on. I went to the door to check and the light was green. She agreed to send someone up at 7 when we wouldn’t be in the room. When we arrived back at the hotel the room hadn’t been cleaned. I called housekeeping again and got the same excuse. Needless to say it took 3 calls to get fresh towels and garbage removed only. Definitely not Michelin service and extremely poor service recovery.

I will be staying here again

The overall ambience was elevated. Walking through the main entrance is a joy with the fragrance of the flowers and the hotel scent. The esplanade shops are beautiful. The only thing I would like to see different is coffee availability in The room.

We love the location. We love the staff. The Spa facilities, workout area, and pools are pristine. Great eateries and the finest retail names the world over. And then there's the all-you-can-eat buffet bacchanal (opens at 8AM). Totally worth the money. All of it. We love the Wynn and Encore. ~Michael M / Dallas
