Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was immaculate. We only had breakfast, great choice of food and the staff were very attentive.

This is a great hotel to stay in. It's close to a wonderful beach and is adjacent to a large sea water lake. The staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly and always had a lovely smile for us. The food is excellent and you really couldn't want for more freshly cooked meals. The only negative is the location. There are lots of cheap supermarkets in the area. We would go back and stay at the Bamboo though as it's a great hotel if you're looking for somewhere to chill out.

Pros:1) great beach location with a Pier 2) Great pool super clean, 3) lots of outdoor chairs Cons: 1) no real designated smoking section, just outside main door people were smoking, 2) smelly lobby, 3) no reserved parking, we have to find a spot in a construction area or on the main road, it was a difficult situation, surprised for a non urban location not to have reserved parking spots for the guests, 4) the wait staff in main dining room were not really friendly and basically were not really catering for drinks for example, however the cooks were smiling.

Great stay. Staff are top notch. Great pools when the beach is a mad house. Great weight room. Great breakfast. Clean neat rooms. Not huge, but all we needed as a family of 3. Central location perfect for cycling, if that’s your thing. Will be back.

Hotel is at a great location only few minutes walk from the beach. The food was excellent at breakfast and dinner with so much variety and great quality. The pools were also decently sized and didn’t feel overcrowded with the bar located in the middle of them which was really decently priced. The rooms were large and the bathroom was modern. However, the aircon in the room was quite old and even putting it at the lowest temperature, it didn’t feel like it was doing anything about the heat. The bed was also harder than usual for us and combined with the aircon not working properly, didn’t have a great sleep. I think considering the food and location its great for your money but improvements can be made with the room.

One of the best properties I have ever stayed at. Amazing service all around. Incredible food, and gorgeous grounds.
