Excellent stay, I did have to transfer room due to a sewage smell but it was not a fault of the hotel it was from outside in the city. The city seems to have a generalized drainage problem, may be due to overpopulation and infrastructure issue. The hotel was very lovely and accommodating. Very polite, food was good also. The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

Did not get to eat breakfast so can’t comment on that. But the property was nice and clean. Furniture in the rooms were kind of outdated and some were damaged like the lamp shades. But overall cozy accommodation

Property was very clean and staff was extremely helpful. Excellent value.

The hotel is older but spacious compared to other newer hotels nearby. Staff are nice and friendly, bur the room cleaning could be improved.

I did not go to the $119 buffet for any meals, but I was told by other patrons that it was excellent. I don't eat enough to justify that price tag. The lounge servers were excellent and very accomodating. The room was in fairly good shape and overall the hotel was clean. It's a little remote compared to other hotels in terms of nearby shops, but it wasn't too bad. You can get the orange line metro pretty easily but there is a little hill that you have to walk up when you return, just FYI. Food options in the hotel were meh and the other resteraunt there was good but pricey.

The staff were very friendly from check-in all the way to check-out. Everyone spoke English fluently, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. It was an overall great experience.

Only thing I’ll say is that you can’t control the room temperature by yourself, it’s central…. So It’s hot in the day time and cold at night.
