Great hotel, clean room, friendly staff, beautiful views of Lac Léman.

This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfect—you can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; it’s perfect.

The property was clean and comfortable, the staff was exceptionally helpful (all spoke fluent English) and the location in the historic area convenient.

Great place , very clean

Situated on a hill overlooking the mountains and Lake Geneva, the castle is a beautiful property. The restaurant options were limited, but the preparation and presentation were excellent. Our waiter was outstanding, but some of the wait staff were not as attentive as we would have expected for the quality of the property.

We visited this Hotel in July. We rented three bedroom suite. Hotel was very clean and right in the heart of the City, with shopping center close by.
