First, we booked for an ocean view room, we got a partial ocean view room. We contacted the front desk who couldn’t do anything for us that day but was supposed to contact us in the morning. They never did!! We reported this to Expedia who gave us key points but was unable to get us another room. The air conditioning was also roaring all night! The staff was not welcoming or informative at all! The bell hopper did not assist us to the room. They have no hospitality and we will not be staying at this resort again!!

"This property is an older property that needs updating but we made the most of it and enjoyed ourselves. The water is beautiful, its quiet and safe. There are no snakes nor spiders and the staff is friendly."
