Clean room and in the middle of the Old Quarter. Easy to walk everywhere.

The service was impeccable from the check-in bHowever we had disrupted sleep staying in the Ruby Room (which faced the road) as renovations went on till early in the morning. The hotel staff were sympathetic and offered to move us to another room. They also arranged for a complimentary airport transfer.

If you want to stay in / close to the Old Quarter, this is a great option. We did the old quarter suite which is at the back of the hotel so slightly quieter. Very convenient and walkable to all areas.

Our new hotel was close but walking with our suitcases wasn’t an option. Lily and her colleagues arranged to take us by motorbike to the new hotel and then they delivered our suitcases- above and beyond level of service! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Hanoi!
