This place is a refuge hidden and preserved. Lush green valleys only minutes from busy streets. Staff are kind and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and the pool refreshing. Food is good. Hugh marks.

The hotel and staff was nice ,I think for the price per night was far to high wouldn’t stay again unless the price was heaps cheaper

While the resort itself was beautiful, I was uncomfortable with some interactions involving drivers. One driver quoted me a transfer price much higher than the rate later confirmed directly by the resort and suggested using a relative for transportation instead. I ultimately chose a ride through Grab because I preferred the transparency, tracking, and accountability of the app. I also experienced a few comments/interactions from drivers that felt overly personal or suggestive and did not feel professional to me as a solo traveler.

Property is big, buffet breakfast is crowded, small selection and feels like a battle just to get some food. No order with people pushing in. Pool is nice, problem is no shade while in the water and people leaving towels on loungers for hours while they are not even around, needs to be policed to give people access. Plenty of lounges by the beach though. Rooms and linen outdated, linen definitely due for replacement. Grounds are very well kept. In a great spot but unlikely to stay there again.

Everything was satisfactory, if you don't stay at main hotel you will have to walk over to beach and breakfast

The property was beautiful, we stayed in private suites with pools. Beautiful rooms, well appointed and clean. Warning- if you fill your bathtub it will take at least an hour to fill! The staff were amazing and very helpful. The restaurant had great food and again the staff went above and beyond for my husbands special diabetic diet and for providing my daughter a tummy friendly meal or two when she wasnt feeling well. The only downside was there were a lot of stairs to take for someone mobility impaired before you could take a golf cart to the restaurant. Staff were always available if my husband needed a ride to the restaurant. If not mobility impaired it is only a 5 minute pelasant walk to the restaurant. It was a lovely property to stay at, the monkeys did visit us- so that was nice to see. Lots of shopping around and the monkey park was a short 10 minute walk.
