Shower was broken, flooding and very unsanitary. Elevators take extremely long. Not enough signs in the valet or lobby area making the check in process very confusing. Unfriendly staff at the lobby bar.

The staff were great everyone was friendly and well informed of things to do for the tourists. We stayed one week the only thing we had a problem with was the shower. Room was great but the shower had frosted glass that faced the beds. Now I don't mind a frosted glass shower but it is not appropriate when vacationing with adult children. It was an awkward situation we ended up having to walk around the hotel while one of us showered. My son called it a s*x shower lol. We would stay again but just my husband and I no children. The only other complaint would be that they have no parking and public parking is extremely expensive.
