First of all, I’d like to thank the receptionist for helping me adjust my room. It really made my stay much comfortable and having six elevators was really convenient. The only negative thing is that the pillows were too soft for me. It would be much better if the hotel could offer both soft and firm options, since I didn’t sleep very well on the soft ones.

Overall a ‘tired’ Hotel, in need of updating. The lifts were dreadful and caused delays. Staff at front desk very good, others we encountered avarage.
