Nice size room and clean, reception team were very good and helpful.

Convenience above all. This hotel is really convenient in terms of location. Literally a 1-minute walk from the subway station and several more from everything else.

Pro - location close to trains to airports Cons - bathroom is the worst, no where you can put your toiletries and clean clothes. No divider between shower area and toilet so after shower, you need to come out to the room to dress yourself as the floor is all wet. Tap in vanity is those sensor type, a pain to use when you try to wash your face in the morning as water just stopped as soon as your hands moved away. Not that easy to access restaurants, most close around 8 pm so if yours is late flight it would be hard for you to find something decent to eat. It is the first time I go to Seoul so I chose somewhere close to the train line and it turned out thats the only useful features this hotel offers. Make sure you don't choose their special deal with the Korea pass and duty free vouchers as they are pretty useless "bonus" but you pay more to book this in the first place. Will stay elsewhere next time now I have some idea about Seoul.

I like area transportation easily. Maybe there is some bedbug.

I stayed at Mondrian Seoul Itaewon for 15 days and every moment was exceptional. My room was spotless, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches. Dining at Cleo and relaxing in the lounge spaces made each day feel special. The location in Itaewon is perfect close to everything, yet peaceful. What stood out most was the atmosphere of true hospitality. This wasn’t just a stay it felt like home. Thank you Mondrian for a beautiful experience.
