The Bathtub water was extremely dirty, and staying here felt like a complete waste of money. From the time of check-in, I reported issues with the Wi-Fi, TV, and telecom services, but none of them were resolved properly. The maintenance staff stayed in the room until almost 12 AM trying to fix the issues, yet the Wi-Fi and TV were still not working.
I also spoke with the manager regarding these concerns, but unfortunately, I did not receive any proper support or assistance. Overall, my personal experience was horrible, and the service was very disappointing and unprofessional.
If you are looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation, I would strongly recommend considering other options.

very badly kept property, not value for money at all for an ITC property and so exhorbitant, the curtains were falling, room aesthetics were very poor, hair all over the bathroom and room, cats and street dogs inside the property outside our room, very bad experience

Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Anlage sehr gut gestaltet. Internationale Küche. Sonderwünsche beim Frühstück stets erfüllt. Lobby sehr großzügig mit täglicher Abendunterhaltung.Hotel erfüllt internationale Standards.
Diezimmer sind groß, sehr modern und sauber.
