We're staying here to attend a wedding reception. The staff was attentive during check-in and check-out, as well as during breakfast service.

Superb hotel with free shuttle, clean and affordable

Staff are very polite and breakfast spread is good. Aside some lighting features not working in the room, everything else is fine. This hotel would be suitable if you’re attending a conference here or have meetings with clients in nearby offices. But if you’re expecting major malls to be close by, you’ll have to hail a taxi or Grab (highly recommended) to get around town.

hotel is slightly dated but i’m glad they changed their shower mixers into a single type. breakfast spread and variety is awesome!

Hotel is conveniently located to my partners office. Front desk staff is very unstaff. One front desk officer attending to a long queue of check in guest. The remaining staff are hiding inside the staff office. No coordination, no teamwork, no job commitments. Very shameful.

Gorgeous hotel and delicious food. Amazing service. Noise is a concern between the busy highways surrounding the property and five mosques on the other end. Bring ear protection.
