Stayed in the sea view room, the view is excellent. Although the interior of the room is a bit dated, generally is clean, with clean bed linens and towels, no smell. The shower leaks water into the floor, but the staff are quick to fix. There are transport available to nearby suburb Tsuen Wan, where there are huge shopping malls. Also free hotel shuttle to nearby MTR stations. In general is good value for the price, would stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We love this hotel. Room is clean and service is excellent. Mickey greeted us at the entrance, too.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kowloon Shangri-La hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, love the breakfast buffet and the horizon club amenities. There were plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Walking distance to the subway station. The harbor view from our room is amazing. Beds are comfortable and the blankets are not too thick or thin, just right. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the amazing services!
